Registration

The registration form is available from the school office which is to be submitted on the date given by the office. Registration form can be collected from the school office at cost of Rs.100/- only.

Parents are requested to go through the prospectus, admission procedure and instructions carefully before filling the registration form. It is advised that parents fill the registration form themselves. The registration form and the other necessary papers must be filled in with due care by the parents. The name and date of birth of the student once recorded in the registration form and school admission register cannot be changed later.

Documents required at the time of Registration

1	Duly filled and signed registration forms.
2	One recent passport size photograph of the child.
3	Only birth certificate from the Municipality or Panchayat will be accepted.
4	A Christian student must also present a certificate of baptism and a letter of membership from the local pastor.
5	Attested photocopy of the report card of the previous school.

THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE THE ADMISSION.

ADMISSION TEST

The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test, which may be written or oral as laid down by the school for different levels. The test will be held for English, Mathematics and Science.

Admission to Nursery will be through observation / interaction. The date will be intimated at the time of registration and on that day both the parents should be present.

The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child’s performance in the test / interview.

Based on the admission test and other criteria, the school reserves right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal will be final.

Admission

Once selected for admission to any class, the parents should fill in the admission form with the utmost care, and no subsequent changes will be permitted.
Students offered admission must complete the following formalities before joining -

1	Submission of date of birth if not yet given.
2	Attested photocopy of the report card of the previous school.
3	Original Transfer Certificate (duly countersigned by the concerned authority)
4	Copy of caste certificate if applicable. Original needs to be shown for verification

Admission will be valid only if all the above formalities are fulfilled.
